Our Story

With 20 years of drilling experience, including 5 years as a rig manager, I have drilled wells across North America for natural gas, geothermal, hydrothermal, and crude oil.

My career has taken me to California, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Alaska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, Texas and Canada.

I have worked for 6 drilling companies over 13 years without missing a paycheck, moving to new opportunities when needed. As a rig manager, our crew had the #1 rig for safety, production and downtime.

I left my career as a rig manager to start Wiegand’s Water Well Drilling, a family business. For the past 7 years, we have stayed busy through word-of-mouth referrals by being honest and providing quality work at fair prices. My priorities are to operate ethically and deliver for our customers.

The sacrifices of time made by myself, my wife and daughters are immeasurable.


